• Changing of the bed sheets and Towels will be done after every  03 days (Only if booking is for more than 03 nights)
• The total number of people, along with the ages of the children should be mentioned at the time of the booking.
• Please carry a copy of your Government photo ID with address which you need to present at the time of check in. No Guest will be allowed without ID PROOF.
• Any Damage in the Villa/ Property or any other asset would be charged fully as per the actual cost.
• The kitchen is well equipped with utensils, gas burners, cutlery, , etc. You can cook yourself.
• Loud Music/ Noise : Play music Softly/Sensibly Play indoors with doors closed all day / night. Just ensure neighbours are not disturbed. Management takes no responsibility for any violations.
• We have a Inventor for your convenience. This Takes care of a light and fan only as the Management is not responsible for long power cuts (happens rarely) due to natural calamities.
• Our Standard Check in time is 13.00 hrs and Check out time is 10.00 am.

Cancellation Policy: Non Refundable and Non Cancellable. And As per  our company policy, any advance payment is strictly non-refundable
